Q: Where is my order? I’m waiting by the driveway! A: Once your order leaves our garage, we send you a confirmation email with a Tracking Number.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: It depends on which lane you chose at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Usually takes 5-8 business days. Perfect if you’re cruising.

  • Express Shipping: Takes 2-4 business days. Best if you’re in a rush.

Q: My package says "Delivered" but it’s not here. A: First, check around your porch, mailbox, or with a neighbor (sometimes carriers hide packages to avoid "porch pirates"). If it’s still missing after 24 hours, email us at info@moodmiles.us and we’ll help you investigate.

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't match my car's vibe? A: Absolutely! We offer a 30-Day Vibe Check Guarantee. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just email us to start the process.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: If you simply changed your mind (e.g., you wanted pink but ordered blue), you will cover the return shipping cost. However, if we sent you a defective or wrong item, the return shipping is on us!

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once we receive your return and give it a quick inspection, we’ll process your refund immediately. It usually takes your bank 5-10 business days to post the funds back to your account.

Q: Will this steering wheel cover fit my car? A: Our covers are designed as "Universal Fit" for standard steering wheels (14.5" to 15" diameter).

  • Fits: Most Sedans, SUVs, and Compact Cars (Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy, etc.).

  • Might Not Fit: Large Trucks (F-150s), some sports cars with flat-bottom wheels, or buses.

  • Tip: Measure your steering wheel diameter before buying just to be safe!

Q: Is the bling/rhinestone cover uncomfortable to drive with? A: Not at all! We use high-quality crystals that are smooth to the touch. It actually provides extra grip and a nice little massage for your hands. Plus, it stays cool in summer.

Q: How do I clean the car coasters? A: Easy! Just take them out, rinse them with warm water and a little dish soap, and let them air dry. They’ll look brand new.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We process orders fast (our pit crew is speedy!). If you need to make a change, email info@moodmiles.us immediately (within 1 hour is best). If the order has already been shipped, we can’t stop it, but you can return it later.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash or checks—we keep it digital.

Q: I forgot to use my discount code! A: Oh no! Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount code after an order has been placed. Store it securely in your glove box for your next purchase!
