1. "Label Created" / "Pre-Shipment"

  • The Situation: We have packed your order and slapped a label on it. It is waiting for the carrier (USPS/UPS) to pick it up from our garage.

  • Action: Please allow 24-48 hours for the first scan to appear. The engine is just warming up!

2. "In Transit"

  • The Situation: Your package is on the road! It is moving between distribution centers.

  • Action: Sit back and relax. If the tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry—sometimes it misses a scan at a pit stop but is still moving.

3. "Delivered"

  • The Situation: The package has reached the destination.

  • Action: Go check your mailbox or porch!

  • Can't find it? Check with your neighbors or look behind bushes/planters. Sometimes carriers hide packages to keep them safe from "porch pirates."
