We want you to drive with happiness, not buyer's remorse, at Mood Miles. We know that sometimes an accessory appears fantastic in a picture but doesn't feel right in your automobile. That's why we have the Vibe Check Guarantee.
1. The 30-Day "Test Drive" (Return Window)
You have 30 days from the day your box arrives to decide if the item works with your car's energy.
Sorry, but we can't give you a return or exchange if it's been 30 days since your delivery. The trip has gone on for too long!
2. Eligibility for Returns (No Crashes)
Your item must be in the same condition as when you got it in order to be able to return it:

Unused and not installed: There must be no traces of wear, scratches, or installation markings on it. For example, the adhesive backing of a dashboard ornament must not have been touched.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original box or bag and have all the tags.

Proof of Purchase: To find your transaction in our garage, we require your Order Number or receipt.
3. Things that can't be returned
You can't return some items, such custom-made things (like personalized keychains) or dangerous materials (like flammable liquids, if it applies).

things on sale: Only things that are at their regular price can be returned. Sadly, sale items are final drives, so you can't turn around.
4. How to Start a Return
Please pull over and email us at info@moodmiles.us to begin the return process.
If we accept your return, we'll tell you how and where to mail your package.
Please note: We will not accept items that are sent back to us without first asking for a return. We won't know whose automobile they came from!
5. Costs of shipping back

If we delivered you the wrong color or a defective item, we will pay for the return shipping charges.

"Change of Mind" Returns: If you just changed your mind or got the wrong size or model, you'll have to pay for the shipping fees to send the item back. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
6. Getting Your Money Back (Refunds)
We will email you when we get your return and check it out.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing Time: Your bank or credit card company needs 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
7. Swaps
The quickest approach to get what you want is to return the item you have and then buy the new one separately once the return is accepted. This helps you get your new gear on the road faster!
